Training for aesthetic physicians

Ongoing training for doctors ? A legal obligation!

Our medical casting agency was born out of a growing need for continuing education for doctors Whatever their speciality, doctors are obliged to follow continuous training throughout their career. This obligation applies to all doctors registered with the Ordre des Médecins.

Our medical casting agency AESTHETIC MODELS WORLD RECRUITMENT plays a major role in training workshops. It acts as an active partner for health professionals and candidates by putting them in touch with each other. The aesthetics sector offers year-round training congresses of 1 to 5 days in France, Europe and internationally. These congresses offer conferences, patient case studies, demonstrations of new techniques or new medical devices. Demonstration workshops can be filmed in advance or live streamed.

The doctor has a duty to keep abreast of the medical progress necessary for his activity.

Doctors can also connect to dedicated training platforms. These give them the opportunity to listen to specialist speakers talk about aesthetic medicine techniques and to see cases in which our models have benefited from treatment. The development of continuing professional education is growing rapidly in the aesthetic medicine sector. In fact, the democratization of aesthetic medicine is encouraging more patients to seek information and a qualified aesthetic doctor.

Stop fake injectors! Aesthetic medical procedures are reserved for doctors!

Only doctors can perform aesthetic medical procedures!(4)(5)

Aesthetic medicine encompasses a range of treatments designed to delay or even avoid the need for surgical intervention. Aesthetic medicine uses, in particular, injectable products, including botulinum toxin, filling products, such as hyaluronic acid, and energy-based equipment, such as lasers, radio frequencies or cryolipolysis (5). The performance of aesthetic medicine injections is forbidden to people (beauticians, bloggers or others) who are not doctors (5).

However, an explosion of aesthetic medicine procedures performed by unqualified pseudo-specialists, particularly via social networks, has been observed today (5). These practices, carried out by non-physicians in addition to being prohibited, are dangerous and responsible for an ever-increasing number of serious complications, including necrosis, paralysis and deformity(5) (4).

In the long term, the product may migrate, leading to incorrect positioning of the injected product and inflammation of the tissues concerned(4). Since the beginning of 2022, the French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products has received no less than forty reports of adverse reactions following hyaluronic acid injections carried out by unauthorised persons for procedures such as wrinkle filling or body (4).

Only doctors are authorised to perform these types of injections (4). (4). Because of their training and knowledge of the anatomy of the face and body, they are the only ones authorised and competent to guarantee the safety of the injections, which is based on good control of the hygiene conditions and the product (4).
Our AESTHETIC MODEL agency offers participants the guarantee of aesthetic medical procedures carried out by doctors, the only professionals qualified to perform these injections.
